American style cookies by Veliche Gourmet

INGREDIENTS 

METHOD 

  1. Cream butter and sugar, till pale and fluffy. 
  2. Melt the Cocoa Butter and add. 
  3. Sift dry ingredients. 
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter. 
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients. 
  6. Then fold in the oats and raisins. 
  7. Bake at 180˚C for 12 mins.
