American style cookies Technique by Veliche Gourmet

INGREDIENTS

  • Soft unsalted butter 150 g
  • Cocoa butter 50 g
  • Soft brown sugar 300 g
  • Vanilla extract 2 tsp
  • Eggs 3 pc
  • Self-raising flour 300 g
  • Cocoa powder 80 g
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Belgian dark chocolate drops 300 g
  • Oats 50 g
  • Raisins 50 g

PROCESS

  1. Cream butter and sugar till pale and fluffy.
  2. Melt the cocoa butter and add.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter.
  5. Fold in the dry ingredients.
  6. Then fold in the oats and raisins.
  7. Add the vanilla extract
  8. Bake at 180˚C for 12 minutes.
